The process of ordering a screen was extremely efficient. The sales agent took all the information over the phone and discussed all of the options. The order was quickly finalized and we were called shortly afterwards by their installer. The installer arrived punctually at 8:00 AM on the day that was agreed upon. She unpacked the truck with all the tools and system as required. Her installation was extremely efficient. After the installation, the maintenance and warranty instructions were covered in full by the installer. Her attitude was as positive as the installation was efficient and well done. We are extremely satisfied with every aspect of the company including its products and its people. Quality is what they value as do we. Thank you.
