I called Phantom Screens to report an untimely tear in a screen. Mike Campbell arrived like a knight in shining armour! He identified that my 3 doors were not installed correctly and spent the afternoon taking them apart and reassembling them. The difference is like night and day, the way the doors function, and the way they look.
