Easily the worst of three major renos we have done. Job was not done on time, work was below acceptable and I was ignored for months when I complained. Stay far away from these guys.

Knowledgeable staff, helpful with material specs, pricing, ordering and follow up. Good understanding of drawings and project needs. Useful recommendation for material selection matching design and budget.
Laura, the store manager, has been very helpful and knowledgeable.

They had a wide variety of products to choose from and the design consultant was very helpful and helped me select products that I truly love. Quick , courteous installation .

Plumbing Mart Richmond Hill should be avoided. They ignore customer complaints and delay or refuse to refund anything paid for but not installed. They blame their installers and suppliers for all mistakes. My bathroom grout is multicoloured and they have not done anything to correct it even after months of complaints. I cancelled a shower door that they ordered incorrectly and found another supplier who installed a better door at a fraction of the cost. Their prices are highly inflated and their service and follow up is extremely poor. After two months I still don't have my refund for the cancelled door. Once they have your money they ignore you. They claim to have a 5 year warranty - good luck getting them back to fix a problem.

the work was substandard and we had to hire another contractor to make corrections. the company agreed to a $100 deduction to compensate us. Subsequent to the job . I asked them to fix a break covered under warranty. the president mark noonan who does not take calls ( and they will give you no other contact to speak to) was less than truthful in his response to my bbb complaint, saying we were delinquent in payment ( not true) and they would not honor their warranty. Once these people have your money they dont want to know you. they should be avoided at all costs.

Our bathroom renovation was a perfect example of what can go wrong when renovating a bathroom. For example, they installed the wrong coloured tile and at first refused to admit their mistake. They eventually agreed that it was the wrong tile but then blamed it on their supplier and accepted no responsibility for their mistake.

Would never do anything with Plumbing Mart again.
