A few yrs ago we decided that it was time to downsize. We began our search for our condo. We looked at different condos within the Simcoe County ara, but once we discovered the Manhattan Development, the location was perfect for us.
After looking at all the models we decided that the 3 bdr was the most suitable for our needs. The lg windows allow natural light to flood the rooms.
The Sale Staff, Bruno & Stephanie, always had a welcome smile for us on our numerous visits to the model so we could measure & plan our layout.
Through Cynthia, we got weekly updates & pictures as our condo was under construction. We looked forward to these updates weekly. This service was above & beyond what other Builders offer.
Cynthia worked with us & was extremely helpful in the selecting of our colours & upgrades. The end result was a well co-ordinated comfortable home.
We have been living here for 3 mths. & Pratt- Hansen Service People, through Ramona, have been quick to respond to any service needs.
