Pratt Homes

I have purchased a condo from Pratt's new Manhattan development and my closing is in two days. I have had excellent service from the sales team, Bruno, and Cynthia in the design studio. It's been an wonderful experience for me as a first time home buyer and I'm so excited to move in. I had my inspection the other day and it looks great! Thanks for everything!

My husband, Mike, and I would like to take a moment to thank Pratt Homes Barrie for the services they have provided to us. Karen, Bruno and everyone else there, have been a pleasure to work with! We won a condo from the Rock 95 birthday bash, which Karen, and Pratt Homes, gave to Rock 95 as the main prize. First of all, I can't believe that they donated such a prize as that! That is above and beyond what anyone going to the Bash expected! And secondly, the condo is BEAUTIFUL!!!! They spared no expense in the many upgrades at the condo and the condo complex istelf is miles and above what we were expecting. The decor in the condo building is nicer than I have seen in any other complex ever, and like I already said, our condo is perfect! As for condo life itself, it is amazing! We are a young, busy family, with lots to do, so it is nice to be able to spend time together rather than snowblowing the laneway or cutting the lawn! Again, thank you so much to Pratt Barrie, and would like to tell anyone who is in the market for either a condo or a home, Pratt Barrie comes very highly recommended by us and by our numerous friends and family who have bought a Pratt home themselves. We just purchased a new home from Pratt Homes. The experience we had at the Pratt Design Studio with Cynthia was amazing. She had a lot of fantastic advice and took the time to work through different colour and design options with us making the process fun and enjoyable! We are looking forward to seeign he final product.

I bought a new detached bungalow from Pratt Homes. It was a great experience. Cynthia in the Pratt Design Studio was a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond and made the experience of choosing our colours and design a fun and exciting process!

I bought a new detached home from Pratt Homes snd my expectations were exceeded. The quality of workmanship and the after sales service were met with quick responses and all employees in sales, service and constuction were very helpful. I have since reccommended Pratt to several friends for their quality and value are second to none.

When my sister moved to Barrie 9 years ago, she bought a Pratt home. It was very affordable and my wife and I loved the floor plan quality and location. So when my wife and I decided to relocate to Barrie four years ago, our first choice in home builders was Pratt because of my sister's good experience and because Pratt is by far the largest and most established builder in the region.

We found the sales representative very accommodating and the in-house design consultant both helpful and patient when it came to choosing our upgrades. Other than a few nail-pops, we never had any service issues.

When our youngest son started university in London this past September, my wife and I decided it was a good time to downsize from our 4 bedroom home. We saw in the paper that Pratt is now building condos in the south end and took the opportunity to meet with Bruno at the Manhattan sales office last weekend. We loved the condo models - great value and location. We are confident to buy our next (and hopefully last) home from a builder we know we can trust.

Bought a condo in Sunnidale Vistas site on Coulter Street. Site is very nice and neighbours are great. Pratt stood out to me cuz they helped me with their rent to own program. Was very helpful. Haven't dealt much with their after sales service department as I bought a spec unit and it was already built when I bought it. But I know where to find them if I need them. Neighbours seem happy with service they rec'd. Unit has 1 bathroom. Should have bought unit with 2 baths.

We have owned our Pratt Home since 1997.

We are very pleased with the workmanship. Our home is solid in construction. We have never had to do any repairs what so ever to date.

We have always promoted Pratt Homes to family and friends when they were in the market to purchase. We have no intention of ever selling our home as we are in a great location. But should the inevitable ever happen we would most definitely purchase from Pratt again

I personally love my Pratt Home. I used their Rent to Own program and it helped. My home was done on time and I LOVED their design studio where I picked my colours. I had no delays and I love the neighbourhood. The lawyer I used was a bit disorganised but that's not Pratt's fault. I'm not sure who is looking right now and I'm not sure about other's experiences but mine was great and I'd recommend them. Hope the info helps! Good luck!
