We had all windows replaced and 2 doors(front and side). The work was completed on schedule and paid in full on that day. The workers left the site very clean. But two weeks later we noticed that the cladding was bulging on the door jambs of both doors. We were promised that it will be corrected. 2 people came to look at the problem on 2 different days and promised to come back to fix it.One worker came late one afternoon and was too tired to do the job and his power-drill ran out of power! It is now 3 weeks after our first phone call about the problem, and nothing has been done.We are still waiting to get satisfaction. This company shows very bad after-sale service. We would not recommend them to anyone else.
Postscript:
The saga continues with the poor after-sale service from this company.Aug 28 their "expert" door person came and replaced the cladding to one side only of one door because only that side was bulging, could not do both sides of the other door as he ran out of caukling. The salesrep came Sept 7 to re-asses the situation and took the list of complaints to the office. On Sept 10, the "expert" came back and finally did fix the cladding on both doors. However, the company is not willing to replace the front door which has a nick where the latch is located. Also the "expert" should have come back to fix the step to our patio door. On Sept 21 we finally spoke with Mr. Tonk about this and he promised to send someone, the someone came, left a piece of aluminum on the step. To date nothing. Even if the Co. fixed the problems, we still end up with a repair job that cost up lots of $$$. Still trying to speak with Mr. Tonk to date....
