Qualico Development Vancouver

It is my nightmare to buy a new house from this company. This company always dishonest to me and reject to fix the defect. I need to spend much money and time to fix the defect. My suggestion is far away from this company.

I have a Foxridge Home from Qualico developments - They are unethical builders with horrible customer service and even worse craftsmanship.

When we took possession of our home we noted pages of deficiencies. It is almost 3 years later and we are still fighting with them to get them fixed. The adjacent homes next to ours are also having the same problems with these guys.
