Quality Home Comfort

We needed to replace our end-of-life furnace and hot water tank. We got quotes from 6 different vendors across a large range of company sizes and prices. In the end we were drawn to Quality Home Comfort by several things. They were very knowledgeable and spent more time than any of the other vendors in assessing the details of our situation and the physical constraints of our furnace location. Various options were discussed along with the pros and cons of each. Kevin was meticulous in describing the nuances of various furnace vendors with regards to often-overlooked aspects such as warranty terms, ease of warranty claims, reliability and reparability. He was very courteous and quick to respond to any follow-up concerns. We were happy with the price as well. The work itself was done by Case and his partner over the span of one and a half days. I was very pleased with the work they did - it was clean, neatly organized, and they were very detail-oriented and diligent about doing things right rather than cutting corners. They worked straight through from 10AM-8PM on the first day, and then Case returned the following day to finish up a few remaining details. I found him to be very knowledgeable, meticulous, and courteous. I have no qualms about recommending these guys.
