Jamie was very professional, came and assessed my difficult waterproofing situation, numerous times to ensure my quote was accurate and that his plan would address the issues of water in my basement. He was patient, answered all my questions. The crew that came and did the work was incredibly professional and efficient. There was a small issue after the work was completed, (nothing that could have been predicted by either of us). Jamie promptly took care of it!
