A contractor had caused major water damage in our basement and didn't know how to fix it. Jamie from WCC sized up the problem in a few minutes and the WCC crew did excellent work to repair it all perfectly.

Quality Work, Efficient, Great Warranty and Service

Jamie was very professional, came and assessed my difficult waterproofing situation, numerous times to ensure my quote was accurate and that his plan would address the issues of water in my basement. He was patient, answered all my questions. The crew that came and did the work was incredibly professional and efficient. There was a small issue after the work was completed, (nothing that could have been predicted by either of us). Jamie promptly took care of it! I am incredibly happy with the service, the final product and the warranty provided through RCC. My basement is now dry! Thank-you to Jamie and his incredible team!

Waterproofing review in Scarborough

I used RCC Waterproofing for extensive work in early Spring 2024 that included investigating the source of the problem; fixing cracks at 2 basement windows; removal and disposal of a concrete walkway; camera the downspouts and weepers at different stages; and replacement of crushed/plugged weepers along the back wall and 1 side wall of my house. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism by every team member. Communication was excellent at each stage of the work. Jamie and Chris were particularly helpful. I would definitely recommend RCC Waterproofing.

Foundation water proofing

Had foundation waterproofing done by rcc in July 2023. They were reasonably priced, showed up when promised and were very hardworking. Finished the job on timeline promised. Water problem in basement has been resolved.
