Dam did a wonderful job and was just super to work with. We were very pleased.

Rug was 20 years old. Never cleaned. Yah, it was that bad. Whiteish gray was now black in places. Thought of just tossing it but emailed Reliable Carpet who gave us a reasonable quote plus got back to us right away and sent a wonderful young man, who removed carpet in seconds. Must have washed and scrubbed this old rug relentlessly and it came back clean! Their name says it all!

We had carpets cleaned in 3 bedrooms, hallway, stairs and the basement.
The carpets has not been cleaned in about 10 years and the basement had some really bad stains.

The cleaner arrived on time, he was very friendly and extremely clear about what he was going to do. He was very careful not to make any mess in the house with his equipment.

He did a great job on all the carpets and the stains in the basement carpet came out very clean. The whole house looks great!

He also cleaned a white upholstered chair which also looks great now.

When we unrolled a carpet that we had in storage we found a vulgar urine stain. Reliable was able clean the stain and completely remove the smell. Excellent pick-up and delivery service. 100% recommended.

Two area rugs, 6x8 and 8x10, in dire need of cleaning due to my Goiden Retriever bounding around. A Queen Anne accent chair in a silk fabric with noticeable yellowish-brown water marks from when I tried to clean cat vomit. My efforts made it worse. (I didn't want to reupholster it because in the store the fabric made me gasp it was so beautiful. Pale blue with cherry blooms and birds.)

Other companies looked at the chair photos and declined. Reliable Carpet & Upholstery Care took on the challenge, restoring it by hand, and I am very very pleased. Water stains on silk are very difficult to treat and there's barely any left and only noticeable when I bend down to look closely.

My carpeted staircase was a mess. Stained and looking grubby. I thought I'd need to get new carpet but figured I try cleaning first. Reliable got all the stains out and exceeded my expectations. The carpeting looks great. I will use them again.

Great experience from start to finish. Call was answered quickly, politely and efficiently and appointment was booked for two days later at my preferred time of day. They offered to have the tech call when they were on their way, even asking how much lead time I would prefer. Sure enough, tech called and texted exactly 15 minutes before arriving, and was right on time. Frank was super efficient and wasted no time getting right to work cleaning carpets in one bedroom & on two sets of stairs and cleaning two upholstered dining chairs. He finished at the time promised and was on his way. Would definitely use again.
