Bad customer service I ever had.
Ordered different parts, only 2 pieces of the 6 parts are holding the order. The rest are sitting in Mississauga location. I called to pick it up so the entire order doesn't sit in the shelve for another three weeks. When I call the number for the Mississauga store , it reroute me to some one in Nova Scotia, I explained him that I want to pick up the parts myself from the location. He said that he doesn't have any access to my order. Then I called the same number and the call went to Ottawa when I explained the same he started yelling because I have asked him what is my option to get my parts instead of waiting for three more weeks in the shelve of the store. This is how he responded " I already told, you have to wait" then hanged up the phone in my ears. Not a professional customer service. The worst disrespectful customer service I ever had. I wouldn't expect this reaction from a decent citizen let alone from a customer rep of company out there to sell and profit. Any way I ended up calling again and spoke with some one which he didn't seem to understood my request . After I restated my request he started to raise his voice and got irritated. I am not sure what is going on with their customer service rep handling customers. They don't introduce their name, the only thing they say " Reliable Parts " that is it. I am shocked to know that this type of customer service existed. This is my first phone order with this company and it is a bad experience. I forgot to mention at one point in the conversation I have been told to reorder (pay another amount) in order the parts to be shipped separately. Ah I didn't ask for that I asked to pick it up my self. Bad customer service, I doubt how this business will survive with this type of customer service.
