The project started with review of our needs that were reflected in the inital draft design, which helped us to understand what we really wanted. The design was costed in detail, which gave us a pretty good idea of the price tag. Sandy Lee, Service Consultant, worked very diligently and patiently with us to finalize the design. Then he prepared the agreement with final price and payment schedule, and we stuck to it through the project. Everything was transparant, no surprizes. Very professional and courteous. The work was done by very good and friendly crew led by Jason, who displayed high attention to details, quality of work and reliability. We had very good communications and were able to change a few little things on the fly. The work was done on budget and on time. We are happy customers. I moved in to a new house recently. Instead of upgrading the bathroom accessories with the builder, I went with these people. The renovation consultant seemed very knowledgeable and had a lot of patience with me by showing me different products and features, explaining and educating me such as regular maintenance and smart water consumption. The consultant has been very helpful on giving me advices which helped me to select the products and services I needed. The products (and brands) and services which they offer are reasonably priced in my opinion. They seem to be very committed to their work and care a lot about their customers (like me) because they have been giving me follow-up calls to see how the work is and whether the work is done to my satisfaction. I will definitely give these people a call when I am ready to start my next renovation projects for the kitchen and the basement in the future.

Had a leak from the toilet on main floor powder room to the basement. The gentleman from RetroDesigns came and narrowed down the problem. They explained in detail, gave me a fixed price, and took necessary steps to identify the root of the problem, and fixed everything as specified professionally. I am impressed. They certainly know bathrooms and basements.
