Royal Overhead Doors

Contacted Royal Overhead Doors for a garage door opener install. Within one week from first contacting them I had everything installed, set up and ready to go. Installer came when it was easy convenient for me, was professional and made sure everything was done correctly. Very easy to work with, would recommend to anyone.

Lui was very professional when asked for a quote. He was courteous in his ways and friendly. His quote was competitive and we are glad that we went through Royal Overhead Doors. The door that we chose was high end and the color too was just what we needed to enhance the color of the exterior of our home. I would certainly go through Lui again in a heartbeat.

We are very happy with our new garage door. Lui gave us an accurate quote over the phone and then again in person. He listed to exactly what I wanted and then provided us with a detailed drawing showing exactly what we were getting.
When it came time to picking the colour he allowed me to keep the samples and take them to my front door vendor to try and match colours. He then came to my house to pick up the samples when I was done.
Turn around was quick and we had our new door in no time.
Installation was quick, done well and exceeded our expectations.
Our new door was the perfect addition to our newly renovated home.

Had a very good experience with Royal Overhead Doors. Their sales representative was named Ed, and he was great as he took time to go through all my door options including determining which R-rating was right for me in terms of heat retention as well as helping me select the right windows and hardware. Palma was kind enough to co-ordinate and find an appointment time that worked best for me. The actual install was done by Carlos who had the old doors removed and new doors installed all in under 3 hours. Very impressed with my overall experience and would recommend Royal to anyone seeking to replace garage doors. A+

The product and service was excellent from the very beginning. We contacted Louie to come by our home and give us a quote for two new garage doors. He came by on time and with many different samples. He was kind and friendly and very easy to talk to. When we had our doors installed one of the panels had a small dent on it and Louie was quick to come by, check it out and order a replacement panel at no extra charge. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.
