Royal Overhead Doors - Great service, received honest advice on purchasing our new garage doors

I purchased a new home and the garage doors supplied by this company were damaged used doors , also makes horrible noise when operated , they came and repaired all that was required

Thought we were very lucky when we met Lui...considerate, knowledgeable, helpful.
Right after the installation the noise that our garage doors were making were really preoccupying...My husband talked with Lui and explained the situation....well...the answer was " do not worry, there is warranty" !
The noise is getting worse by the day and we are worried us and or our cars might get damaged
Our phone calls, emails, videos, messages, still remain unacknowledged....I find that this is a safety issue that is not taken seriously by owner of Royal Overhead Doors...

I called on Saturday July 9, 2022 about 9 am. I was quoted $ 175.00 plus HST plus parts costs if required. I was advised that technician would arrive sometime before noon. Technician arrived at 10:25 AM !!!! Put the door back on track and restrung the cable that had come loose. I have a wall mount opener ansd technician had to get assistance on setting the limiter. His first time to work on this unit. Gone by 11:30 and door is fixed. Thank you Joel and your stafff too.

Amazing experiences with the vendor and installation technician. The quote matched final price, and the quality of product and installation is exceptional. They removed the old door and disposed of it and installed a new door that is quiet, insulated and works better than I imagined. Despite the predicted delays due the pandemic, my order arrived more than 2 months sooner and as when materials arrived they fit me for installation immediately. You won't be disappointed!

We initially had amazing service with Brian the sales rep.. he is amazing, but as soon as the deposit was given its been downhill ever since. We were told that it would be a 4-6 week delay due to the pandemic. We were 100 ercent good with that. We made the deposit to secure our door in mid March, it is now July 22nd and the company still says "it's in transit". Every single time we try to get an update we get different answers "your door wasn't ordered, your door is on its way, your door is in ontario, you door is on the truck" one time they said, oh it's here , it will be installed on Monday. Perfect we thought. We get a call on Friday before, "your door was not on the truck". SERIOUSLY? i get it, supply chain issues, but how did it go from 4-6 weeks to almost 20? I tried multiple attempts - email, phone, contact form to get a hold of senior management for help. NOTHING. They have said they can't provide the refund because its already be shipped, but there is no tracking number? or waybill? Save yourself the issues and go anywhere else.

Very professional installation of a new garage door. The door was ordered, and installed, in the timeline provided. They followed up after the install to make sure it both the door, and the installation, met our expectations.

Royal Overhead doors helped us choose the garage doors that we wanted for our house. They are easy to work with and have great customer service. Even through delays of the pandemic everything went well. Their painter even contacted us prior to installation to make sure that we were happy with the final product. The installers were nice to talk to and did a quality job of installing. We couldn’t be happier with the service that Royal Overhead Doors provides for us. It has been a long time since we have received good quality service from a company, as a contractor myself it is nice to see that they really care about their customers.
