We sought to completely gut our smaller city homes’ backyard and add a small pool. After an extensive review of providers we chose Aquaspa/royal stone group. Their integrated approach had our project finished extremely quickly so we could enjoy the new space the entire summer. We had what were described as minor hiccups. Or so we thought starting with the liner splitting on the first day the pool was filled - emptying the whole thing over night (imagine our surprise to wake up to an empty pool!) The build has extensive issues that didn't reveal themselves until a few months later. Namely, sunken stone work, really poor carpentry, and a liner installation that continued to plague us (wrinkling). They were never able to fix the issues and did not take responsibility. Leaving us to buy a new pool heater, salt cell and a new liner all for just our 3rd pool season (after 2 seasons with countless issues). I highly recommend you not be seduced by photoshopped social media pictures and go with a pool company that has significant experience. It's clear these folks do not. They even went so far as to blame us by suggesting the water chemistry was the issue. I submitted to them monthly water test results from Bonavista (where I get my water tested) showing nearly perfect water. Trust us. Look elsewhere.
