Royal Stone is as professional as they come. Tony Vitale was knowledgeable, honest and straight forward to deal with. He was true to his word on when the project would start and how long it would take. Tony checked in before, during, and after the project to ensure I was pleased with their work.

The crew that finished my backyard were hardworking, clean, and very easy to deal with. We were able to ask questions about the process and the end product and were always given informative answers. My wife's requests to slightly modify the agreed upon layout were always incorporated without any resistance. When the crew finished cleaning the work area you could not tell they had been there since the backyard and the street were very clean.

Royal Stone supplied a fantastic product without any of the all to common horror stories about unfinished jobs or poor workmanship. I could not recommend them more! Great job guys!

We hired Royal Stone a couple of years ago to do our driveway and to date, Tony Vitale continues to provide us with his best after saes customer support. With the harsh winter that just went by we had a few stones that had to be relevelled and upon calling Tony, he sent a couple of his crew members on site. You will not regret hiring Royal Stone. To this date, we continue to get great reviews about the job and people walk by to take pictures for inspiration! I would not hesiate to recommend Tony and Royal Stone to anyone.

I am writing my review before this Project is even finished because I am so happy with the entire project. 10++++++++. From the very beginning Tony Vitale was professional, kind and extremely helpful with the stone, colour selection and communications. I am very happy wtih the stone and colour selection. Joe and his crew transformed my muddy unuseable backyard into a no-maintenance dream come true for me (stone and river rock). They are truly experts and it took them 2 days. The crew are hardworking; the job site and street cleanup was very good. I have included pics of the unfinished project and will attach pics of the completed project when it is finally complete. I totally agree with all the other comments here that rated this Company a 10. Project completed at the end of Day 2 and I am very, very happy. A neighbour approached me to say "those guys", meaning Royal Stone, "don't mess around". Thank you very much, Tony Vitale, Joe and crew. 10+++

Ryan Heath (and his crew) give people in this industry a good name...a great name. They were such a pleasure to deal with! From our initial contact with Ryan until the end of the project he was nothing but professional, knowledgable, thorough, reliable, friendly, courteous, considerate, and flexible. Ryan worked with us in designing our back and front yard, and did it all within our budget. He even saved us money! Ryan's input was invaluable to us. His expertise and suggestions gave us so much more than what we could have asked for. Ryan and his crew made sure things were always tidy at the end of the days, and they worked very efficiently. Not only were we impressed with their work ethic, the high quality of their work, we were also impressed with how quickly they got the project done. Our neighbours were also impressed! Ryan and his crew created two beautiful outdoor space that we absolutely love, and we can't thank them enough for the outstanding work they did! They have more than exceeded our expectations!

Royal Stone did work for us at our last house in Newmarket and we were very sad to leave it behind. After moving to Georgian Bay, we couldn't wait to get Royal Stone to do the landscaping for our new home. We weren't sure what would look nice, so we booked Ryan to come out for a consultation. We were a little apprehensive about paying to have a design done, but afterwards we were certainly glad that we did. The 3D design was amazing and gave us a realistic view of the finished product.
When it was time for construction, the project came together perfectly. Ryan brought a large crew and all the equipment they needed (and more) to get started. Stefano and the rest of the crew worked tirelessly. We were amazed at their attention to detail and professionalism and it was obvious that they enjoy their work.
The interlock lights and decorative borders were a great finishing touch that set our driveway apart from all the others in our neighbourhood. We still can't get over the fact that the entire project only took a day because of Ryan's planning and the intensity with which the crew worked.
We are very satisfied clients and have already talked to Ryan about putting together a design for our backyard. We can't wait to see what he comes up with.

Where do I start?? I will try to find the words to describe Royal Stone...I met with ken Morgan and his design team and from the start I was impressed with the knowledge they have and the respect they gave me...after listening to my ideas of what I wanted done they incorporated all of it and sketched out for me EXACTLY what I pictured!!! Blew me away! When ken set a date to start work on my home they ACTUALLY show up and started on that day at 7:00 am and left at 8:00 pm ... These guys do not cut corners and included me in every detail of what they were doing as if I was part of the company or better yet like family i was so impressed by the proffesionalism.... At the end of the days work they would always clean and wash the streets from the dust and dirt and this was done every night till the project was done!!! .... Another thing i couldnt believe was ken would driveby my house Everynight to make sure things were ok that was a true sign of professionalism!! Job was complete on time and to perfection....don't waste your time calling any other company, nobody can do what Royal Stone does and I would recommend them to anyone who asks....if all companies in the world cared and were runned the way Royal stone does...it would be a perfect place!! Job WELL DONE guys

We had hired Royal Stone to do our interlocking in April of this year. Amazed & Impressed by their work, we called them back to do our Landscaping.

Ken from Royal Stone once again took personal interest in the sketch & did an amazing job!!

A month after the job was completed, Ken was driving by our area and noticed that one of our Trees that his team had planted was defective. He ordered a new tree for us and sent his crew to get it replaced.

His honesty/integrity and the excellent craftsmanship is the best I have seen in contractors.

Our project began in April when we hired another landscaping company to do our interlocking. They dug up our property, left us in dirt for two and a half months and never came back to clean and finish up the job. Royal Stone was highly recommended to us, and having made a mistake once we certainly did not want to experience that again. Pino Prizzi came out to meet with us and counselled us in making changes that were more suitable than the initial design. Right from the start I knew we had the right company to complete this project. He really knew what he was talking about. Pino gave us a start date and sure enough 6:30 am that morning they were out here. All the workers were very courteous and worked hard in extremely hot temperatures. They completed our driveway, front, sides backyard and landscaping in 3 days with such perfection and professionalism. This company is a serious company and takes pride in its name and stands by it. We have received many compliments from our neighbors and people driving by. Royal Stone turned our nightmare in to a dream which we could have never imagined our property to look so amazing. My only advise through experience to Homestar readers is, don’t waste your time in calling and interviewing other companies, call Royal Stone they will truly meet your needs in every way.
