Initially, we decided to only complete the backyard patio however, after seeing their high quality work, we knew we were making the right choice so we decided to extend the stonework around the side of the house to the front.

Ken and his crew had completed the job on schedule as promised with such professionalism and perfection. Their work is clean and found that nobody compared with pricing.

We are more than pleased with their work and ready to enjoy our new backyard.

We started our association with Royal Stone at the National Home Show, we were unsure of exactly where to start but we did have an idea of what we wanted and Ken Morgan was our first point of contact with Royal Stone, we talked a little about what we wanted and the timing of the whole job and what the process was. Ken represented his company with knowledge and professionalism. We were quite impressed. We ended up emailing Royal Stone about our interest the following day and within one day we heard back from Pino Prizzi, he came to visit us that same day, assisted us with our ideas and promised to put a design in place within 48 hours, and kept his promise, by the third day of our introduction we were sitting down discussing the design, he enhanced our original ideas and together we came up with an amazing backyard design with a pool and an outdoor kitchen and a front yard design, including landscaping both front and back, driveway and walkways. We worked together with both Pino and Ken and Gino (pool company) and put our ideas to action, they had such great input and their expertise came to light every step of the way. They are committed to client satisfaction, and stand behind their work.
From the beginning, they worked hard (long hours) and diligently (even in poor weather conditions) and they kept the premises as clean as possible (considering they were working both with our front yard and backyard), they washed down everything nightly. We let our immediate neighbors know that there was going to be construction taking place and they were all understanding of the situation and patient.
Pino & Ken are very reliable individuals, what they said would happen is what took place, from the tear down and the excavating to the installation of our patio and driveway within 2 days, using a crew of 30 workers. Royal Stone is true to their word and their quality of work is outstanding and they take pride in what they do, what a team, they delivered everything (and some).
It took them 3 weeks to complete the whole job and they cleaned up everything when done.
We have received so many compliments on the work done and so many thumbs up from passing vehicles. We will and have recommended this company to friends and other neighbors, knowing that they would not be disappointed.

After a year of researching and meeting quite a few contractors in my area, I decided to give Ken a call. We met Ken in person and to our surprise he was the only contractor who not only took personal interest in suggesting colors and patterns but he also drew a sketch for us which we really liked. We were very amazed by his experience and felt very comfortable in signing the contract that same day. The next day he brought us samples and we finalized the colors. The work started shortly afterwards. With his help and involvement the work was succesfully and meticulously completed on schedule. He delivered more than what he promised!

Royal stone came to my house, designed my landscaping, rear patio, helped me choose the right stones and started the job when they said they would. The job took 2 days to complete, they showed up with all the newest tools and machines, they were very clean, polite and hard working. Everyone who came to my house were very impressed with the work. Good work goes a long way, I have recommened him for my parents house and my relatives house. Great job Ken.. you will do all my exterior work on all my future houses. cheers

I got 4 quotes from different landscaping companies. All were very comptetive. It was Tony's patience, knowledge and sound advice that won us over. Tony was there for us 24/7. Their huge crew was on time early in the morning and stayed late until the job was done, for an entire week. I just fueled Ken and his polite and pleasant-to-be-around crew hot expressos and nothing else made them happier. We were in awe when they finished the beautiful job (on time!) but still sad to see them go. These guys are very experienced, very clean, extremely skilled, and they just don't mess around with their work ethic! I was happy to pay ROYAL STONE every single penny we agreed to because they seriously earned it. People don't take the time to reach out to the world to send a nice review about a company. I'm taking the time because these guys delivered what they promised.

We met Ken Morgan of Royal Stone at last year's Toronto home show. At the time we were looking at decorative concrete contractors to replace our driveway, porch and walkway. He convinced us that a concrete driveway in typical Canadian weather would not be a good investment and would eventually crack. He strongly recommended we look at stone as an alternative and showed us an number of samples. We were originally relucant to consider stone, thinking it would be much more expensive but agreed for him to provide us an estimate.
As it turned out, the cost was only slightly more expensive then the quotes we received for patterened concrete but the bonus was the design that Ken drew up for us. Not only did he provide us a paper copy of his proposal but used a spray paint can and marked on our property the outline of his plan.
A month later, as planned, Ken and his crew showed up and in the course of the following 3 days were able to remove the original structures, prepare the base and install the material. The design included the weaving of ornamental rocks with the edging of the driveway, walkway and porch. The team consisted of 5 to 7 workers depending on the job stage and the equipment used (both heavy and light) appeared new and in good condition. The trucks carrying the equipment and hauling the old material didn't leak oil (I'm anal when it comes to things like that). The work area was kept tidy and the road area in front of my home was cleaned after the work was concluded.
We are thrilled with the finished product. It all flows as a single structure. The front of our home looks spectacular. Our neighbours are amazed at the transformation and the complements we receive from strangers are numerous.
Our son was married in September and we were very proud to host the pre and post wedding events knowing the front of our home looked so beautiful.
We recommend Royal Stone (based on Ken's involvement) to anyone who considers redoing a walkway, driveway or porch and is considering something more upscale than an asphalt driveway.

Tony from Royal Stone came out to take the measurements and provide us with a quotation for our home landscaping project. He was very knowledgeable and presented us with some excellent ideas for our home project which entailed tearing out the front driveway, laying interlock stones, a flower bed enclosure and a patio with a natural gas fire pit.

On the scheduled day, Ken showed up with his crew exactly on time. Within 20 minutes, they had laid their protective plywood for the machinery, marked out the pattern and started excavating the back yard. By the end of the day the patio was fully completed and the front driveway was laid and ready for the border and lights. The next day the borders were cut, the lights installed and connected and by noon, they had cleaned up both our property and the street.

Royal Stone clearly takes pride in their work and ensures everything is completed to perfection. No corners were cut in the process and despite some extra workarounds, there were no surprises from our original quotation. They crew cleaned up after themselves ensuring no garbage or debris was left behind.

The result is nothing short of flawless. We have already received numerous compliments from the neighbourhood about the work and their amazement at how timely and efficient Royal Stone was.
