Thank You Aqua Spa Pools for making our dream backyard oasis a reality. We love the transformation of our basic yard turned into a amazing space for our family and friends to enjoy. Evan was so great to work with, he is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and so responsive to any questions we had. He helped us design and pick all the colours and we love it and get so many compliments on the stonework, pool liner colour and pavilion. If you are considering a pool I would highly recommend you get a design from Royal Stone Landscaping and Design, it is to spec and they think of everything for you.

Working with RoyalStone was a great experience from beginning to end. They designed our backyard and answered all our questions in a timely manner. They turned our backyard into our little getaway where we can enjoy our summer days. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to do whatever it is.. because they do it all!

I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but I was just so impressed by this company that I had to share. Our landscapping was incredibly dated (1990s) and we needed a total makeover. We were referred by friends and from the moment my wife and I walked into the office to talk about our landscaping project they were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. They guided us through the whole process, did 3D renderings of our plans so that we could actually visualize what we were getting, and the pricing was very reasonable.

When it came time to do the work, the crew was fantastic! They were very friendly and respectful to both ourselves and neighbours. They got the job done incredibly fast with zero compromise for quality while taking the time to work in a very clean and tidy manner. When they left the job site it was spotless.

Our neighbours and ourselves were just blown away by the work and I'm sure I'll see them on our street again.

We sought to completely gut our smaller city homes’ backyard and add a small pool. After an extensive review of providers we chose Aquaspa/royal stone group. Their integrated approach had our project finished extremely quickly so we could enjoy the new space the entire summer. We had what were described as minor hiccups. Or so we thought starting with the liner splitting on the first day the pool was filled - emptying the whole thing over night (imagine our surprise to wake up to an empty pool!) The build has extensive issues that didn't reveal themselves until a few months later. Namely, sunken stone work, really poor carpentry, and a liner installation that continued to plague us (wrinkling). They were never able to fix the issues and did not take responsibility. Leaving us to buy a new pool heater, salt cell and a new liner all for just our 3rd pool season (after 2 seasons with countless issues). I highly recommend you not be seduced by photoshopped social media pictures and go with a pool company that has significant experience. It's clear these folks do not. They even went so far as to blame us by suggesting the water chemistry was the issue. I submitted to them monthly water test results from Bonavista (where I get my water tested) showing nearly perfect water. Trust us. Look elsewhere.

The work performed was excellent. From start to finish Marcello the project manager , was there to ensure every task was done properly and as decided upon.
We have received many compliments from people in our neighbourhood. The driveway and walkway was completed with exposed aggregate and really changed the appearance of our home. All the workers were on time everyday and very professional.

Update- owner contacted me directly and the issue was finally resolved. He dealt with it quickly and kept in touch until it was completed. Thank you, Ken. This simple repair done in a timely manner would have earned Royalstone a higher star rating. The stonework was done very well.

We had Royal Stone re-do our original two car driveway and extend our newer third parking spot. Additionally, they did extensive landscaping for our front yard and installed outdoor electrical plugs.

Our main contact was John who was very involved all the way through. We met with him several times to plan our project and then two additional times to go over drawings of the landscaping.

It was a pleasure to work with John. I found him very helpful, friendly and always willing to answer questions and offer advice.

The work was done on time and for the cost that was quoted.

When I asked for a few things to be touched up/adjusted, this was done quickly and without any hassle.

Overall I was very happy with the result.

I found John particularly easy to get a hold of, helpful and reactive - more so than any contractor I've worked with in the past.

I don't usually do these reviews, but would use Royal Stone again for future projects.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Aquaspa and Royal Stone. From the time Evan came to meet with us, he listened to our vision and took the time to put these ideas on paper and provided us with a quote the next day.
Each step of the way was a smooth process and the workmanship once the project began was impressive. We’ve had many compliments from our family, friends and curious neighbours who have been wowed by your work. We’ve still got some finishing touches with landscaping to do, but already our vision and backyard dreams have come together. It’s been a great summer and we look forward to many more. We are absolutely thrilled with the work Royal Stone completed for us! I was thoroughly impressed with John and his entire team, from pre-sale discussions to construction to post construction support, John has been fantastic, professional and very attentive to all of our needs. John took the time to explain the entire end to end construction plan and what we could expect throughout the project. John's customer service is exceptional as he was always available to answer any questions we had, big or small!

We completed full front and backyard landscaping with an outdoor kitchen in the backyard area.

I was amazed at how efficient and tify his team was, the dig out only took one day with minimal disruption to the street and neighbours - this was one of my biggest concerns with such a big project!

I would highly recommend Royal Stone for any of your outdoor landscaping needs! 5 stars all the way!!

We hired Royal Stone based on a referral and the experience has been very positive. The work is ongoing as we write this review but the work that has been completed so far is superior quality to our expectations. John P is our project manager and he quoted the job and supervised each stage of the project. John is a pleasure to work with as he was/is always available to answer questions and he provides his expertise and knowledge as required. His recommendations have been excellent so far and we are looking forward to the completion of the overall renovation.
