Had Safetech installed an alarm and CCTV system in my previous home and had their monitoring services for 15 years. After we moved to another house I signed with a competitor for monitoring our alarm system, we were very dissatisfied with their service so we've moved back to Safetech.
Worked with Peter from their sales department and he was very pleasant to work with and knowledgable with the product and provide very valuable input to make the switchover vey painless.
The Tech (another Peter) came to make the switch and he was highly technical and skillful and the switch over was done seamlessly and quickly.
