Alarm Systems review in Toronto

Had some billing issues, and it took them a long time to admit they had made a billing error. After about 3 weeks of constantly calling and arguing with them over a billing issue finally the owner of the company personally got in touch with me and apologized for the issues and corrected the billing error. The owner obviously cares about his customers, however I wasn't overly impressed with the sales people I was dealing with.

Alarm Systems review in Toronto

Worst service I have ever experienced ! First off they installed the system wrong the first day. Next they agreed verbally to a price estimate and when they installed the system they charged me 200 dollars more (event though the contract I signed had the initial quote). when I called to complain, they said they'd call me back and never did. I called again and they said they'd get back to me the next day...never heard from them. I'm going to approach my credit card to hopefully have the payments cancelled. I strongly recommend going somewhere else for your business.
