They accepted the return of the poor quality hardwood and after 11 days we are still waiting for the replacement. Every day they tell us today you get your hardwood, but nothing in the end of the day and the next day the same.
We have to move to our new house in 2 days and we only have sub-floor.

In 2015 I purchased a house in Toronto that was a renovators dream, it was completely gutted and renovated. When I met with my contractor to begin the project I told him that quality flooring was imperative because I only wanted to do it once. My contractor recommended Satin Flooring and it was a great choice! I went with a 3/4 Maple and it looks beautiful! It's very important that you not only pick a quality product but make sure that the team installing your floor know what they're doing. It's been a couple of years now that the floor has been installed, I get compliments all the time and I have recommend Satin Flooring to several of my friends. If you're considering this product don't hesitate to put it in your home. It's a great Canadian Product and the company has been doing this for almost a 100 years.

My husband is a Canadian and we live in So.California. He tried staying true to his homeland by purchasing and installing hardwood flooring from this company 9 years ago. Over 1 YEAR ago the wood started delaminating in our dinning room and has since started delaminating in our living room. We contacted Satin Finish over 1 YEAR ago when this started. Sent samples at that time and still have no report from the company. They are very good at dodging calls and emails. We are VERY frustrated and DISGUSTED with the lack of effort to help us with our situation. Our house looks horrible and we will need to pay $$$ to have all the floors from this company pulled up and replaced. BUYER BEWARE.....HORRIBLE customer service and this company apparently will not stand by their 25 year warrenty!

Satin Finish engineered wood floor has cracked boards in by new home. These cracks are random over the hallway, dining and living areas. I was told it was better than traditional hardwood. Company will only replace individual boards, not the whole installation. Frustrating to deal with.

Satin Finish was the manufacturer of choice for my home builder and I couldn't be happier with the quality and beauty of my floors! They are durable and have a modern clean look. My floor feels solid.

I used Satin Finish Hardwood Ltd for the flooing in my living room and hallway and it looks amazing. They have a great selection of finishes and were nicer to talk to then a few unmentionable places I went to before hand.

The Satin Finish company was above average... They were quite responsive to my questions and were able to offer me solutions to my flooring issues. They ere quite cooperative with the property management. The quality of the product (wood) was good. And the installation as well.
