may not be the cheapest price but they provide good customer service and guaranteed the job done by their contractor which is very important to me. I have sears installed my roof 20 years ago, happy with the job therefore have them did my roof again second time around.

ordered a new bed, they said it would be ready that friday but didnt come for another 2 weeks. They offered me a discount which was nice for the delay, when the delivery drivers showed up they tracked dirt and mud into my house after I asked them to take off their shoes, I understand that they're not supposed to have shoes off due to safety reason so I didn't complain too much. Bed is great, very comfortable just wish the process went a little smoother.

I purchased a laundry machine and a dishwasher from Sears on separate occasions. I paid for both to be delivered and installed. When the laundry machine came I had to have my old machine pulled out for them to take away. I had to have a door removed in order to do that and called in a handyman to do that. Sears got here and told me they could not hook up my machine because they were not allowed to use the old hoses and i had not purchased new ones. I was not given that information previous to the appointment and although I had paid for an installation, they went away without performing the service.After I purchased the hoses I had to argue with them on the phone for the better part of a week trying to get them to install the machine - I encountered some extremely rude, incompetent people and it was thoroughly frustrating.
When I had my dishwasher installed by Sears it started leaking out onto the floor within a couple of weeks. Once again it was a battle to get them back. When the repairman finally came back he told me it was my fault - I must have used too much soap and so forth, even though it was obvious the machine had not been balanced properly. He gave me several stern talking to's and I just kept my mouth shut in hopes he would fix the machine and get out of my house. The machine has been in my house for about 2 years now and although it no longer leaks water there is an odor that lingers around it. I thought it was the sink for the longest time, but when an inspector came in (I'm selling my house) he said the machine was not installed properly and it most likely has a loop in the hose (it was not cut to size) where waste is sitting. Lovely. My opinion is just don't use these buffoons it is not worth the time or money!

We got a new washer and dryer set from sears. It was so nice to upgrade to the new front loading. Sears helped us decide which set to get and they were spot on. The large machine can wash tons of clothes! Kenmore is great. The guys that installed it were top notch too! We never could have done it ourselves as they were heavy!

I tried to look for a new microwave oven at Sears Canada on the past the Cyber Monday, i was so impressed by the professional explanation of the products in different brands by a staff there, the man explained all the options to us and the one i bought would be carrying with extended warranty. The service was extremely good and he was very helpful, the price was also very reasonable and competitive, i would definitely consider coming back to Sears Canada when I need to purchase any other electrical appliance in the future.

I purhased a freezer online at sears.ca. The product was sound after doing a bit of reserach. The only gripe i do have is sears.ca charging a 'pick-up' fee at their store which isn't a practice of other online stores charging. Other purchases I have made have been small items and was charged $3 for a pick-up which I decided to cancel on the order.

Sorry for the gripe, but for this purchase, the product was good, the pick-up and service to help place it in my car was also good. Picked-up at the Coquitlam Centre store and have always had good service there.

I had shopped around very diligently before deciding on which appliances I wanted for my kitchen. I received excellent service from Dave MacDonald at Sears. He was very knowledgeable, he met the competitor's price and gave me a much better deal on the extended warranty and delivery. The delivery crew came on time and were very careful. All in all a positive experience and I will certainly head to Sears again.

They showed up on time, removed the old washer and dryer, and installed the new one!! And cleaned up after wards, they were friendly and efficient . I would recommend them to any one!!

I was looking for a light control solution and had talked to several curtain & blind companies. Everyone was directing me toward a dual blind system with mini pleats which I did not want.

I went to Sears at Coquitlam Centre and although I thought their response time was a little slow in contacting me after I left my information the sent a consultant out to my home.

My consultant listened to what I wanted and by taking measurements of my sill was able to come up with a solution using two different blind systems and covering them with a valance.

I am really pleased with the result. It gives me everything I was looking for with light control and privacy. I had almost give up on getting what I wanted and was going to settle for what I could get.

In the past when we have had problems with our appliances (dishwasher 10 years ago) Sears was there to help even though we didn't purchase the extended warrantee.
