Sears Furniture Store

We recently purchased major appliances for our kitchen renovation and was very happy with the service from consultant Mick Shana. He was very honest, knowledgeable and went out of his way to give us the best possible deal. He took the time to explain all the differences between all the major brands of appliances. We would definitely recommend this store to our family and friends.

Sears offered a complete line of appliances creating a one stop shopping experience. The sales people were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Their prices were definitely competitive with other stores. I would definitely recommend Sears to any one.

Had a horible experience with the outsourced delivery company but salesman at sears solved the issues immediately, made decisions and definately rose to the challenge and made me one happy customer who would definately return. Being a large company - they can still provide personal customer service to my satisfaction.

we ordered a king sized bed frame from this store. when it was arrived, some parts were missing so we were unable to assemble at all. then we have been waiting for almost 2 months and still heard nothing from them. we say they have poor customer services.

Their store is neat and tidy and very organized. Not enough cashiers when needed, especially when there is a sale. Can either find what you need in the store or look in their catalogue for either yourself or for a gift for someone. Have shopped there for years. Has everything you need.

Does great job - best machine. Doesn't use as much water or detergent. I am very happy with my purchase - no compliants. Sales in a flyer- prices were excellent, that was why I bought from Sears. Customer service was good but too slow. Needed more staff especially during their sales. They know the product and presented it well. The salesman was knowledgeable and explained the pros and cons of various appliances.
