Just wanted to add my two cents, as I was very worried after reading some bad reviews that we would have a problem. I can't comment yet on mattress life, but our recent purchase experience was very good. We bought a mattress that turned out to be too firm (we knew it might be but wanted to try it out). After 30 days, we asked for an exchange and it was done within a week, very friendly and no issues along the way. Very happy at the moment, we'll see if the quality is good, but so far so good.
My only comment is that as we bought the first mattress on sale, the exchange cost us an extra $200, but I'm OK with that. I think this may be part of the plan with their exchange program, that you probably pay a bit more when you ask for the exchange, but to be honest it's worth it to get the right bed.
We dealt with the store at Eglinton and Avenue in Toronto - Arun and the two others we dealt with were all very helpful.
