Demonstrated poor quality control and lack of customer consideration. Smitty's delivered a defective Bermex dining room buffet. One leg was noticeably cracked and one drawer was not attached to the track. I had to wait a week for someone to come and look at it to confirm it had to be replaced. Then I waited another 6-7 weeks for a new one to be delivered. It was very inconvenient. I received no explanation why the first one came in such a condition. Very unlikely to purchase from them again.
