Somerset was referred to us by a trusted friend who had their home done. We loved their renovation and decided to take their referral. Our project was top to bottom including underpinning and semi-finished basement. We couldn't be more pleased with the finished product. Also impressive were the timelines - there was only a 6 week delay, but that was due in part to required changes in engineering scope. Renovations can be challenging, but Somerset was very responsive and months after the renovation was done, continued to address minor issues that arose. We highly recommend Somerset as they are responsive, reasonably priced, and work to ensure a quality outcome. Before and after pics of new extension and kitchen attached (our favorite upgrades!).
