Staples Business Depot

I often go to Staples to buy all kinds of stationary and especially to see compters and printers. Recently, I bought one of each but I am disappointed at the poor quality of them. I know I wanted an inexpensive one, but I ended up with a printer that sends funny messages, and the computuer coughs because too many people are logged on simultaneously.

Staples do have the better price for a lot of things, but I am disappoitned that the comptuer staff are not more upfront on helping customers get what they really need.

Way too expensive. I'm sure they can do the job just fine but $250 to fix a $699 laptop computer is just too much money. A friend of mine ended up replacing the hard-rive for $100 and my PC is running fine now. I think next time I'll buy a Mac Book.

I have gotten quite a bit of technical insight while deciding which laptop to buy and what not. The staff there at the particular department really do know what he is talking about. Much as I know, after gotten my laptop at the store, I know a bit more about the technical specs to look for for my next laptop purchase.

They always have good products in terms of tablets... the service is always friendly. My only complaint is they only have 5 to 7 employees who are usually busy although very helpful and dedicated.

Usually, I would order online.
But I need the items urgen so I went to the local store (@ Hwy 7 & 400) and asked for assistant, I had a sale person and a manager came to help me look for my stuffs! They were very helpfull and very pateint with my request! The most remarkable thing that make me want to come back to that location is that, They (the manager, sale person, and the cashiers) all had the BIG smiles on @ all times!!! That's how customers service should be! ;0}

The sales guy was kind and explained the different features of the Garmin GPS. He explained the price difference and explained why the 1350TLM cost more. Extremely helpful guy would recommend the store to anyone!

I went to Staples to purchase a binder for organization my music sheets in for an upcoming EM event at Market Village.
Staples always places for sale items in bins right at the entrance and I enjoy browsing those bins for great deals!
Staples also has a wide variety of binders available for my choice.
I ended up purchasing a binder that included transparent sleeves to protect my sheet music!

the sale person was great and he explain all we need to know on the laptop, also the service department set up the computer perfectly so we dint have any problem when we got home, the price also included the antivirus program wich is great to be safe on line.
