Jay and George did a terrific job on our carpet. We had been considering getting rid of it but they made it look like new again -- and for a price we couldn't resist.
Jay is the right combination of persistent and sincere. When he found out we needed his help right away he insisted on coming out that same week -- a service his competitors could not match in the busy holiday season.
Jay arrived promptly and got the job done quickly but thoroughly. He was pleasant to talk to. He followed up to see if we were happy. And when I said I had hoped for a better turnout on a sofa he had cleaned he said he would come back to give it another go.
One note: give carpets 12 hours to fully dry, and more than a day on stairs and in the basement.
I recommend Steam Kleen and will be back. But not too soon apparently; Jay gave us useful advice to treat carpets and tiles in the meantime so we might not need to call on him so soon!
