This company has stored our furniture and valuables for many years now in a heated and safe environment, and I can’t speak highly enough about their service. Unlike other storage facilities where you have a key or password where you can just walk in at any time you just give storage stadium a days notice and they will make sure that your storage unit is available. Zolie Assisted me in my last month with them and unlike all of the others he was very professional and courteous even as I was closing the account.

They are good movers but I would not recommend using their storage facility. I had very specific items missing and they act like you are wrong. I would never use their storage again, and have already told friends to go elsewhere. I suspect it was one person but it tainted the whole experience.

I had a very positive experience today with Roop and his team who moved the contents of my parent's house into a townhouse. They were punctual, diligent, very professional and were very respectful of my parents who were feeling anxious and stressed about the experience. I highly recommend them. Very reasonably priced for the service.

Roop and his 4 man crew were punctual, efficient, pleasant to deal with, and determined to pack our furniture safely and in a way that minimized our future storage costs We would be happy to recommend them.

The service I got from the 3 gentlemen who moved my belongings was perfect. They were friendly, quick, polite and professionnal. They even accepted to use the stairs (I lived on 16th floor, no less!) to move my huge sofa, without complaining. I highly recommend this company. Oh and one more thing: Theresa (office) is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Thanks to all the team!

We were doing major renovations to our home. What to do with furniture and other valuables. A friend suggested Storage Stadium to store everything during the renovation. It was a great idea. They came to our home with the storage units, safely loaded our furniture and other valuable. When we had finished the renovations Storage Stadium returned everything in the same condition it left our home. Thank you Storage Stadium staff for a job well done.

Thanks to the creative system of picking up AND PACKING crates, that are directly taken to storage, I was able to facilitate a fast sale of my last home. What a relief!
Moving, no matter how big or small is traumatic. The last thing one needs when making such a complex move with storage involved is to try and understand everything one needs to in order to get the job done. Fortunately for me I found good old Cliff who came to quote and told me exactly what I needed and what was involved! His staff continued the excellent communication with me as promised and the whole thing went off well.
I am a bit perplexed at the couple of negatives here, but from years in business I know that customers facing a traumatic move might not take the time to ask specific questions or hear answers.
I was treated better than expected and I am grateful...so I take the time to write this :)
Best advice... talk to a couple of storage companies, then call Storage Stadium and ask direct intelligent questions! You will get the same in response, and if you are like me, you will get the job done with Storage Stadium.

in 2004 I had Storage Stadium pick up my belongings for storage in 3 containers. I paid $83 per month per unit, . They picked up at nominal cost, I do not recall how much. I spent over $20,000 in storage costs and when I needed the contents of 1 unit moved to a location less than 5 km from them, they told me it would me at no charge and charged my visa $385 for that service? Cliff the owner was ignorantly rude when I spoke to him about it. I would need NOT RECOMMENT THEM AT ALL!

I needed to find a way to put stuff into storage for a few months as we are trying to sell our condo and needed to declutter and get rid of excess furniture to make it look better for selling.

I was calling around and getting quotes for storage places and weighing my options with whether to use a self storage place or a moving company with a storage facility.

Storage Stadium was recommended by a friend who had used them a few years ago and had a good experience with them.

I spoke with Cliff, the owner and he explained how it all worked and gave me a special rate of $120 flat rate for the truck charge instead of the usual $170 plus fuel. The reason for this was if we went by a "convenience schedule" and were flexible about our moving date then we could just pick a date that is convenient to them when they're going to be in the area anyway. I confirmed with him that the cost would be the same for getting my stuff back out of storage in a few months and he said yes, since I'm not in a particular hurry to get my stuff back, we can once again go with their convenience schedule for the flat rate of $120.

When they came to take my stuff into storage, I was given a quote for how much it would cost to use them for my actual move. They told me they could hook up my storage vaults to a trailer and bring all my stuff out of storage at the same time as picking up the rest of my stuff to bring to the new house.

I spoke to Cliff regarding using them for my move and he told me that they were already fully booked but he was trying to help me out and said they'd make it work. A week later when I spoke to him he explained to me that I could have any day I wanted because they're generally not busy at the end of the month and are usually more busy at the beginning and middle of the month. So now I feel like he was making things up in order to make him sound extra helpful and accommodating.

When I got the estimate for how much it would cost to get my stuff back from storage, the invoice was for $170 truck charge plus $60 fuel charge and I inquired about once again doing the convenience schedule in order to get the $120 flat rate and I was told that I misunderstood them and that there's no way to do the convenience schedule again. At this point I was speaking to the secretary and made several attempts to speak to Cliff himself but he never returned any of my phone calls.

There wasn't much I could do since I wanted to get my stuff back...so i paid the full amount and while I was signing the invoice after it was all done, I was told by the driver that Cliff says he's sorry he didn't have a chance to return my calls.

I must say that I'm extremely disappointed in my dealings with Cliff and had really wanted to support a smaller company if their price was comparable to other larger companies and Cliff had seemed so nice the first time I talked to him.

One good thing I must say, is that the 2 men who came to bring my stuff back from storage were extremely polite and friendly and I was very impressed with them. It's unfortunate that I don't have any better feedback regarding the rest of my experience with storage stadium.

Storage Stadium did an execellent job handling my move, storing my belongings and even helping me pack up my kitchen. They made it really easy and were very professional. The reason I chose them was because they were a one-stop shop...they could help me move and store my belongings. I didn't need to worry that they were going to unload my stuff into a storage locker--they stores the crates they filled at my house directly. They are also climate and pest controlled which was important. I'll definitely use you again!
