Excellent customer service from start (product recommendation and estimate by Brian) to finish (installation by Cole today). I am very satisfied with the product (Hunter-Douglas Honeycomb shades) and grateful to Brian and Cole for their professionalism. Thank you so very much. It's refreshing and encouraging to have such a pleasant experience during a major home (condo) remediation and renovation.
