Thank you Jackie and Ron for getting back to me and sortng out the start date on my job and later completion. Realizing that this time of year is the busiest for anyone in your line of work and trying to keep everyone happy is not always easy.

I signed upto have interlocking and concrete work done. Jackie, the sales rep, was helpful and the work was supposed to start in 2 weeks. I did not get a confirmation so chased to find out when they would be on site. Eventually I was told told Monday or Tuesday by the owner but I am still waiting. Phone calls are left unanswered so I am now unsure when my job will start. I cannot comment on the quality of the work, just the service. I have paid a 10% deposit.
