Sure Loc Interlocking - Out of Business

Around our pool looks fantastic, we couldn't be more pleased with the job that Sure Loc did. They came in like a well oiled machine, very organized. Our whole street was very impressed on how clean everything was kept.

When we planned to redo the front steps with interlocking, we automatically thought of Sure-Loc Interlocking who did our back yard 3 years ago. This time the projest was small, but they still did it artistically and professionally! My neighbours all admired it and I felt like a queen when I walked on the sandstone steps! Good job!

I share the sentiments of other clients who are dissatisfied, frustrated and have had bad experience with Sure-Loc. Their personnel are just giving lip service but with poor workmanship and organization. I had my front patio, backyard, garden wall and shed foundation estimated. I also paid for an armour rock that's suppose to go to the front patio. I specifically requested that I should be informed when they are coming so I can stay home during the project. I waited for their call for one week and got nothing. I was at work when I received a message that they're already at my house and have started digging an hour before! I was shocked to see the mess they did (front and back) when I drove home. They dugged out a wrong dimension for my shed foundation and garden wall, snapped a cable from the ground. The interlocking was done the next day. The guy who is taking the money asked to have the final payment since they still have to go to Richmond Hill. And after receiving the money, one by one they left without finishing my garden wall, without fixing the shed foundation, caps are not glued properly. The guys who were left behind who were suppose to just do cutting of the stones were the ones who finished the garden wall and they put hand me down stones from other projects with dry contact glue still visible from the stones! To make matter worse, the garden wall was not what I specified and paid for. And it's been three weeks of constant calling the company and I haven't seen any armour rock that I also paid for! It is so frustrating and such an incovenience this experience with SureLoc. I want to cancel the armour rock and get a refund for that and for the garden wall and just get on with fixing the mess they made in my garden. I will NEVER recommend this company, I don't want my friends and colleagues to experience this kind of treatment.

We had 3 estimates before hiring Sure-Loc. Their price was excellent.
We were very impressed with Kelly, Ron, Dallas and their workers.
They performed the work quickly, efficiently, and most important: professionally.
Our neighbour was very impressed and said she wished she had hired Sure-Loc for their walkway.

I ordered stone work in the back yard. Overall the quality of the work was very good, I really like the look of the back yard now. It makes a huge difference.

Once I got the estimate, the job took no time at all to be done. It was done sooner than I expected, and was completed within the same day!

When I came home the workers were completing the project. They were hard workers.

I got what I wanted. The sales rep. was helpfull and kept me in the loop.

I would just like to say how pleased I am with the work they did for me, nothing less than spectacular. Very professionally done. Everyone on the job site went well above my expectations regarding service and fulfilling all of our needs. I was quite surprised to read some of the other comments, I was thinking they must have the wrong company.
I've told many of my friends and family about sure loc and some have already used them and once again nothing but spectacular......

We are very happy with the work we had done with Sur-Loc Interlocking. This is an excellent company to work with. The first time I met them was to have my front walk put in and my experience was great. They came in and finished within a few hours. They kept everything very clean and when they left you would have never have known they were here. The employees were very friendly and courteous. My walk has been there for 2 years now and still looks as great as the day it was done. We were so please that we had them back to do the patio in the back. We had the same experience when that was installed. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone. Great job!
