"technician" showed up with no tools and ill prepared. Diagnosed the problem as a faulty valve after 5 mins. Fortunately I got a second opinion afterwards and found out it was the control panel and was not worth fixing the dishwasher. Tried to deal with company regarding the outstanding housecost bill given the techs misdiagnosis but never got a return phone call. They instead put the bill over to a collection agency. Ill be posting another company with a 10/10 rating who saved me from wasted efforts by Sutton and Sons

It is very frustrating to hear you have had this type of issue .
All of our technicians come prepared with tools. I find it odd that service would come into your home and diagnose the problem for you and then you feeling you had to have a second opinion.
Furthermore, what makes you think the diagnosis was more accurate from this other company which stated you needed a control panel?
I am always open to a customer issue and would be more than happy to discuss this further.
