As with all companies, it depends on the staff that do the work, some are good,some not. The owner is polite, friendly, prices extremely reasonable.
You need to tell them what work you want done.

The lawn, snow and gardening for our townhouse complex is done by Tala. As you can see by my 0 star rating I am unhappy with his work. I have fallen twice in the winter when he has not salted properly and been injured, he does not always come and clear the path ways in a timely manner and I have had to clear the path and drive way in order to go to and from work. The weeding of the flower beds is appalling, he has a very elderly gent doing this who I watched recently, he broke the weeds off at the surface of the soil and then stuffed them into the middle of the bushes. When I told him to dig the roots out and bag the weeds he was not happy. He does not prune or shape the bushes and trees regularly, nor does he spray the trees that are now stunted after repeated infestations of pests.
