Kitchen renovation. Ordered all appliances from Tasco and was delighted to do ‘1 stop shopping’. I do not know how these people are still in business. This is NOT a supply chain issue (though that is an issue too, it’s beyond their control). I am only writing about what they can control. There is no communication, coordination or customer service in this company. The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing and everyone points at everyone else and nothing happens for the customer. Zero service. Beyond “give me your credit card” the sales people do not help customers. Period. They point to Delivery. Delivery folk try but their job is delivery, not customer service. I ordered in September. In January I started trying to find my appliances elsewhere. Got all the exact same things elsewhere, delivered the same week, no problem. Done. Save yourself the aggravation- shop elsewhere.
