Dacor appliances - Received a substitute refrigerator without our knowledge
We purchased our Dacor kitchen appliances prior to the pandemic for our new home. Due to extensive delays in the construction industry, we contacted our salesman, Kanwal , on numerous occasions , asking if our appliances were still available and were assured they were. In addition, we visited the store in person in December 2021 and we were once again assured all was available. We purchased the Dacor Modernist package as we absolutely loved the refrigerator! Unfortunately, upon delivery we noticed the refrigerator has been replaced with a newer model which we consider plain without the handles, and were then informed It had been discontinued a year prior!Once again, we contacted Kan and he could not understand why we were upset. A simple communication could have given us the chance to select another make or model. We spoke to the store Manager Paul, and he had the audacity to tell us if we returned it we would have to pay a fee. This is absolutely the worst service we have ever received. I can guarantee you we will never ever purchase or recommend Tasco Mississauga.
