used as a credit of line by TASCO
I am just another customer used as a line of credit by Tasco.
I bought 10k+ worth in appliances in May and they assured me an early delivery as early as mid June. ("Things are moving fast".)
They told me once the appliances were ready for delivery I would have received a link to pay the balance, which I was instructed to pay promptly. Early June, I paid as soon as I received the link to soon find out the only few appliances were available. Tasco did not even offer separate delivery free of charge and I am still waiting to know if and when my fridge will be available. I called Customer Service countless times but each person I spoke with keeps telling me a different estimate date for delivery. Now my kitchen will be assembled in two weeks, the guys are coming from out of town and I do not know what I will do if I do not get the fridge in time.
What makes me furious is that I paid in full for my order months before receiving it or knowing when I would be receiving my items. I did not expect to be used as a line of credit by such big company. If Tasco does not have the appliances that have been paid in full, they should not sell them. This behavior is beyond acceptable! I will never buy from Tasco again!
