TASCO informs you they require 4 wks notice to place the order and have it delievered. We gave them 8 weeks. After the 8 wks they still didn't have our stove. Based on previous reviews, this seems to be a systemic problem with TASCO and its unacceptable as a customer.
In addition, TASCO never offers you the lowest price up front. You will ALWAYS have to go somewhere else and bring that lower price back to TASCO so they can "match" it.

We're sorry that there was a backorder issue with your stove. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of the manufacturers when it comes to the delivery of our stock. When it comes to our pricing, It is up to Tasco's discretion to implement pricing strategies. We hope this experience will not persuade you from shopping with us in the future.
