Good at selling, bad at service. Too many issues to describe here, but here is a quick summary: waited all day for morning service,(sent to the wrong address), dropped fridge and waited 2 weeks for new one. Wanted me to pay for rental fridge. Loaner sent was from their employee cafeteria - filthy. Delivered new fridge - didn't cover floor or shoes. A dinner voucher was sent after I complained several times!
