Ted is a master at organizing large jobs. He successfully coordinated a team of professionals (architect, excavators, plumber, HVAC, building inspectors, etc.) to get the job completed efficiently and on schedule. His work ethic, attention to detail, and obvious love of what he does made Ted a joy to work with. We didn't hesitate to trust him with a key for the duration of the project, knowing we could rely on him to respect our home. Ted provided and implemented several excellent design suggestions during the project to improve the finished product - without driving the overall cost up. We would recommend him without hesitation to anyone seeking a reliable and cheerful contractor and we look forward to working with Ted again on future reno projects.
