The Concord Group came in to see my bathroom after my husband and I decided it was time for a renovation. Our bathroom prior to renos was completely out of date and all of the plumbing needed to be upgraded. Not only did we upgrade the plumbing, but we moved the shower, toilet and vanity around as we changed the complete layout and look. Not only was the plumbing process completely smooth, but the plumbers and technicians were professional, clean, organized and most importantly respectful. We ordered all of our new cabinetry, toilet, glass and fixtures through The Concord Group and were extremely satisfied with the finished product. Our bathroom looks bigger and brighter. Deciding to do a home renovation is a scary but hiring The Concord Group was the best decision I could have made. I interviewed so many contractors and never felt confident enough to hire any of them until I met Paul C and Jessica. From the start, they guided me through the entire process. We had water back up in our basement and called The Concord Group on the Sunday of a long weekend. Paul and his team arrived that same day to do all clear out and remediation. The teams doing clear out, remediation and repair were all very friendly and professional.

We had some challenges with carpet matching and install but the team worked with us to come up with resolutions to ensure we were completely satisfied.

After a waterpipe burst I called Concord who showed up immediately to help with the situation. Over the next 2 days the team completely cleaned up the basement.

Over the coming months I used Concord not only to rebuild the damaged basement but redo the bathroom that was not damaged and to replace my existing back deck.

Floods happen when you least expect it. I was away on a weekend holiday and when I returned my entire basement was flooded from a sewer back up.
