Right from the beginning this was a pleasant experience. The Salesman was very knowledgeable about his product and made sure we understood the process. We had researched and estimated approx. how much the project would cost and his quote was in that range. As it was getting colder we were concerned about the time-frame for installation and his quote for that was dead-on -approx. three weeks from quote and contract to measuring and installing. For five windows, two installers were finished very efficiently in four hours, having cleaned up afterwards. I would certainly contact them again if I needed more windows installed.
