Very satisfied with the service we received.
Product seems to be quite a lot nicer than the regular stuff you see everywhere and especially the builder installed stuff in my new house. We replaced two vanities and absolutely love the design and style. Too bad the builder refused to install them. We had to wait until everything was closed and hire a separate plumber to install.

Good place where the staff know what they are talking about.
Their showroom is simple but shows their product well and adequately. If they had a spiffy retail luxury showroom in the designer district and advertised, then they would get a ton of customers. The product sells itself. Good to know that I'm buying good quality products from a local company in my neighbourhood.

I bought one of Tidal's vanities from a store in the north end earlier this year. The store really recommended them for their quality and service so I took their word for it. The purchase and pickup went without a hitch but a month later when the contractor was installing it we discovered there were two defective knobs. I got panicky and called the store immediately not wanting to be charged extra. They calmed me down, said not a thing to worry about, and directed me to the manufacturer, Tidal, who I called and was helped out by a very pleasant girl. Luckily they did not charge me for those knobs and gave me replacements immediately. It was the perfect finishing touch to a renovation that went waaaay too long but now I have a beautiful bathroom fit for a king!

About 8 months ago I implemented a full renovation of a rental house with the intention to sell. My longtime plumbing contractor recommended this brand to me. After looking at this company I was impressed but still did my due diligence and checked 3 other retailers to see what they said about these products. To my surprise, they all had good things to say. I got a white double sink vanity with matching medicine cabinets for the ensuite, plus a smaller vanity for the powder room. I was very happy with the outcome. They promptly provided the plumber rough in drawings beforehand and answered the plumber's questions when he had trouble installing. I went away on a business trip for 4 days and when I came back I was delighted with the new bathrooms!

Great company to deal with! I bought my vanity from the best known bathroom retailer in toronto on Lawrence West. Even before I bought, I went up to Tidal's distributor showroom and collected a free marble sample to aid in my tile search! I received the vanity on a monday and my contractor installed it on the thursday. I didn't get back home until the weekend when I noticed one of the drawers wasn't working quite right. So I called Tidal on monday, spoke to the customer service girl, explained the problem, and she said she'd send someone to fix it. Lo and behold two days later I got a call to arrange a time to come to my house. and another two days later the handyman came and fixed it all up in 20 minutes. Thank you, Tidal, so much for supporting me and thank you for the quick service!

Great and straightforward company to deal with. I went to a west-end K&B store (which I should not reveal right now because I have a separate review coming up on him!) and since they didn’t have it on display, they sent me to the Tidal showroom not too far up the road. in about 20 minutes I was there at Tidal where a young lady greeted me, showed me through their showroom, and patiently answered all my questions (and believe you me I came well prepared with technical questions, drawings, and the whole shebang!!).
I was informed about all the details of the product, which btw is beautiful when you see it for real! She even gave me a color sample to take home and compare with my tiles even though my heart was already sold on the vanity (though she didn’t know it at the time ;) The next day I told my renovator to order it for me and it came exactly one week later. When my contractor was installing it even he mentioned how he liked the design and commented on the nice finish of the wood. My niece who is an interior designer came over for a dinner party a few weeks ago and absolutely loved it!
