Very pleased with this company. Katie in the office is helpful and arranged visits to suit our schedule. Mario, who performed the work, arrived as planned and did an excellent job cleaning the chimney. I asked him to inspect our chimneys and he took photos to show that we clearly had issues with one of them. He returned as scheduled and did a great job on the repairs. He explained all the work and is a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Top Hat.
