Duct Cleaning

Top Line came out to perform the duct cleaning and although initially there was a misunderstanding and miscommunication regarding the price, management was quick to contact us to resolve the issue. They sent someone out to inspect the work that was done and concluded that a fantastic job was done on the duct work. They offered us several options to resolve the issue to our satisfaction.

Duct Cleaning

In February we received a call from Top Line Duct Cleaning offering to clean our ducts for $110. Since we thought that this was a very good deal we booked an appointment for them to clean our ducts. They arrived, cleaned the ducts and furnace and said the fee was $460.00! My father who is a senior was at home at the time and they did not provide a receipt and took a cash payment. The next day our furnace filter was filthy and filled with huge collections of dust and debris. We called the company with our concern that the cleaner charged us $350 more than what was quoted, no receipt was provided and the filter was filthy. A lady by the name of Melissa advised that she would have to look at the paperwork when she got back to the office and stated that they must have run out of receipts. A person who stated they were the manager then called my father back to advise that he would send the service guys back to have a look at the furnace and filter and assured us they would return before the Sunday. They never showed up and we never received an explanation why the price charged was so much higher than the quoted price.
