Ultra Window Cleaning

Ive never did any bad review before but since I got disappointed with their service Im writing this now. I asked for their cleaning service and I wasnt cleaned properly. I did an Investigation since a saw a piece of my shingle on the ground. Called the office to tell them my concern. The guy answered the phone asked me to send the photos and he never get back to me. As part of the customer service you will do get back to your clients until the issue is resolved. He told me when i called him on the phone they never had any issues with other services they did. Maybe their other clients never check the out come of their work. Plus they just threw all the debris on my driveway.

Someone from Next door neighbourhood app recommended this company and I am glad that I hired them.

Crystal clear communication with Laurie over email and quote with all details. Technicians showed up on time and finished cleaning job of all gutters in about 40 minutes. There is extra charge for pictures but I opted for it to see how bad it was before cleaning. I am satisfied with the service and hired again if need any window or gutter cleaning.

Outstanding service from a company that obviously understands and insists on customer satisfaction. The office manager, Laurie was great to deal with and the work crew members equally so. The crew was punctual, well-organized and very efficient; our windows never looked better. We really appreciate the crew's efforts to access the exterior windows without damaging or disturbing our gardens. All in all a true home run from a great team! Highly recommended!

wow, all I can say is we will definitely use Ultra Window Cleaning again and have already recommended them! I don't recognize our house. The siding is spotless, my windows are amazing. Jamie and the guys were so efficient, kind, funny and went out of their way to make this first experience exceptional!!!!!

I have been booking gutter cleaning for my Oshawa rental property with Ultra Cleaning for several years. The quality of their work has always been great and they have made it easy for me to book and pay for service even though I live out of town. I would definitely recommend them for gutter cleaning. I have also used them in the past for window cleaning (interior and exterior) and would recommend them for that service as well.

Just had windows cleaned on Monday and we are so very impressed. The goys were very friendly, professional and accommodating! The windows look amazing and I keep going around looking through them. I would recommend this company to anyone, they are affordable and very nice people

Exceptional service and reasonably priced. Matt showed up to our door and was in and out with next to no effort. Service was the differentiator with this company. I will definitely use them again on an ongoing basis.

This is a professional, customer oriented company from top to bottom! My wife booked the appointment with no issues, they had a reminder call for us...the whole works. Then when they were on site, they were very professional but friendly at the same time (our 4 yo daughter likes to chat :-). All windows were cleaned spotless, even Garage windows which I forgot about! They did mention it's very hard to 100% perfectly clean out the mold stuck in corners of windows...I know this as I've tried myself (I keep the humidity quite high in winter)! We have 20 foot ceilings in the living room with some cathedral type windows, they brought in the ladders and handled those as well no problem! Finally, they just called to follow up on our satisfaction so as I said a great company from top to bottom!
