I called Tom on a Friday because the 23 year old lock on our front door finally died. We couldn't get in the front door and couldn't lock it from the inside. He came on a Sunday at no extra charge. He replaced the internal cylinders on the lock and put a flip lock on the inside so we no longer needed a key to lock it from the inside. He was also able to key the lock to the existing keys which saved me quite a bit of money and hassle in not having to give new keys to family and friends. He didn't try to sell me a more expensive new lock and was professional and friendly and had the job done in 15 minutes. I am very pleased with the work he did and highly recommend him.
