I see why Tom and Victory Locks are #1 with so many. Here's why in my recent experience.
1. Came 1 hour after I called about a broken lock and replacement.
2. Offered free advice on best lock brands and ones to avoid when I went to Home Depot to purchase replacement. Did not try to sell or pressure to purchase his own lock.
3. Very nice, empathic and professional. Stellar customer service.
4. Did a great job in record time at a reasonable price for a custom job.
Highly recommended.
