Our front door lock and handle was literally falling apart.
I called Victory and Tom scheduled me in for an appointment the same day.
He arrived on time and gave me a number of options eg. brass vs. stainless steel. Tom was an amiable guy who's work was efficient and professional. I would recommend him and hire him again if the need arises.
